General information about the webstore
Order MSCHIC products easily from the webstore, where you can get to know the entire product selection on your own time.
The webstore products are sold by MSCHIC Cosmetics Oy (business ID 2095407-1). Products are sold to adults in Finland and abroad. The prices include VAT. We reserve the right to make changes in prices and postage costs.
Our customer service always offers personal service in matters related to your order or how to order MSCHIC products. If you have specific questions concerning the use or selection of products, e-mail your questions to info@mschic.com. Our specialist will reply within a couple of days.
Registration
To register as a user, fill in the contact information form and select a username and a password. It is also possible to order products without registering.
By ordering products, the user assures that they have read the terms of the user agreement, approve them and commit to observing them. The user is responsible for all orders placed under their username and password. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their username and password. The service provider may cancel a user account if it considers it necessary.
Registration is free of charge.
Use of personal information
The service provider is responsible for the appropriate processing of information provided by the user as well as preserving the privacy of users. All information provided by the user is stored in the service provider’s customer register. Information required for placing an order are the user’s last name, first name, street address, city or town, country, e-mail address and telephone number.
The service provider may not disclose any personal information collected to third parties.
Customer register information may only be used for direct electronic advertising if the user has consented to this.
The service provider reserves the right to disclose information concerning a user to the authorities if the user has acted in breach of applicable legislation or against accepted principles of good practice.
The user has the right to inspect, modify or remove their information from the customer register.
Responsibilities and duties of the user
The user is responsible for all orders placed under their username and password. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their username and password. The user is responsible for the accuracy of information provided by them and assures that they are aged at least 18 years.
The user agrees to use the service only for legal purposes in accordance with accepted principles of good practice. The user agrees not to send or transfer any such materials in the service that are against applicable legislation and accepted principles of good practice, provoke to or promote such behaviour.
The user is fully responsible for any damage to the service provider; other users and third parties caused by the use of the service against this agreement, applicable legislation or accepted principles of good practice.
Placing orders
Products are mainly ordered on the internet at www.mschic.com using the Shopping cart. An e-mail confirmation is sent for all orders, indicating the price and postage of the order as well as all products ordered. Entering an e-mail address when ordering is required for the e-mail confirmation.
The customer agrees to the terms of delivery applicable at the time of each order.
Order confirmation
We send you an e-mail confirmation for the order, indicating:
the reference number
our bank account number
total sum of the order
contents of the order.
You can also check the contents and status of your order by viewing your user account on our site.
Payment methods
The products and postage are paid when placing the order. The following methods of payment are available at the webstore: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S- Pankki, Ålandsbanken as well as credit cards. Payments are made via the Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy site.
Payments using Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard
If you want to use Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard for payment, MSCHIC Cosmetics acts only as the marketer of the products and services and delivers the products to the buyer. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is responsible for any complaints.
Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy acts as the seller of products in payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard. The transaction is between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. The seller is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the recipient of the payment.
No information concerning the customer’s methods of payment remain with MSCHIC Cosmetics.

Internet banking
Payment and funding service related to internet bank payments are carried out by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy buys the payment transaction and settles it to the seller. From the viewpoint of the user, the service operates just like a traditional internet payment.
Delivery times
We mail products on all weekdays in the order orders are received. The normal time of delivery is 2–5 days.
Any deviating times of delivery are announced in the News section of MSCHIC Cosmetics.
Method of delivery and postage and packing
The price of postage and packing is indicated in the order. You can view the price of postage and packing after selecting the method of payment and delivery for the Shopping cart. We usually deliver products as letters. A higher postage is charged for postal packets.
Right of exchange and return
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, a customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return. The right of return only applies products in original packaging fit for sale.
Include the following information in the return:
your customer number, your name, address and phone number, your bank account information as well as a copy of the MSCHIC Cosmetics Oy order confirmation.

We do not accept returns later than 14 days from delivery. When a return has been approved, funds are returned directly to your account after the return has been received and processed.
Problems related delivery and defective products
If a product goes missing during transportation, is damaged or the wrong product has been delivered, the customer must report the error immediately to info@mschic.com or by mail to the following address:

Notification of an erroneous delivery or defect product must be made within 14 days from the receipt of the product. If a package has been damaged during mail delivery, a claim must immediately be made to the post office and MSCHIC must be notified.
Other terms
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. The customer must read the valid terms of delivery before placing an order.
